Defending rights and resolution of disputes

It is very common that at some point in the lifecycle of an IP right you will be required to defend it against an infringement. Disputes can usually be resolved through negotiations. Our lawyers possess a great deal of experience in infringement negotiations and related settlement agreements.

If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the matter can be brought before a court of law. We represent our clients in general courts of law and the Market Court, among others. We also handle domain name related disputes in Finland and abroad.
