Ari-Pekka Launne has solid experience in the IP field since 1997. Before joining Kolster in 2002, he worked as a legal adviser at the Trademarks and Designs Line of the National Board of Patents and Registration.
Ari-Pekka is well versed in anti-counterfeiting and dispute resolution, domain names and strategic IP counselling to our clients. He is the brand expert in Kolster’s IPR Management group.
Ari-Pekka is a council member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) and active in both the Professional Affairs and Internet Committees of the same. He is a popular lecturer and consultant and has written articles for international publications and periodicals in the IP field.
