Henrik af Ursin holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku and a Master of Laws degree in European Intellectual Property from the University of Stockholm. He has been working in the field of IPR since 2000. Henrik started his career at Kolster (2000 to 2003) and then worked in two other IPR firms as an IPR lawyer. He returned to Kolster in 2009.

Henrik is responsible for Kolster's anti-counterfeiting work. He has extensive experience in anti-counterfeiting and other IPR infringement matters, advising both domestic and international clients and working in domestic and international associations. He is the past chair of the Finnish Anti-counterfeiting Group and a member of INTA's (International Trademark Association) Anti-Counterfeiting and Enforcement Committee. 

Henrik also serves as an ADR panelist in the .eu Arbitration Court and with the US-based National Arbitration Forum. He lectures regularly on IPR issues and advises clients with trademark and domain name strategies and with IPR infringements and domain name disputes.
