Lotta Ahovaara

Lotta Ahovaara holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Lapland. After having graduated in 2008, she was trained on the bench at the District Court of Joensuu. Lotta has worked for different law firms for a total of about two years in various roles involving business law and contract law.
Before joining Kolster as an IP lawyer in 2011, Lotta worked for about 18 months as an in-house lawyer in an international company. During this period she gained experience particularly in litigation, disputes and in various contract-related matters.
At Kolster, Lotta further strengthens our IP Legal team, concentrating on IP litigations and disputes, contracts (licencing in particular) and counterfeits.
Lotta studies for a Master of Science degree in Intellectual Property Law at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
