Joose Kilpimaa has served as an IPR expert since 2001. At the beginning of his career, he was employed in a law firm, then in a patent and trademark agency and since 2007 at Kolster.
He has worked as a trademark lawyer since 2001 and been also involved in IP litigations both at the Market Court and District Courts. He has coordinated extensive international legal proceedings, defending clients’ rights at different national courts, and served as an IPR expert in patent litigations.
Joose takes care of a wide variety of matters relating to trademarks, counterfeits and domain names, and gives lectures on various aspects of IPR.
