Torbjörn Lydman has worked in the IPR business and for Kolster since 1981.
From the outset of his professional life, Torbjörn has had a specific interest in IPR litigation. Among Kolster's trademark attorneys, he is the most experienced in domestic and international conciliation and settlement of disputes. Torbjörn has represented his clients numerous times both at the Market Court and District Courts.
He has also been active in all Finnish and international organizations in the IPR field, for instance as a chairman of the Association of Finnish Patent Attorneys, and given lectures on trademark law in international IPR conferences.
