Juhana Hietala is the Head of Sales and Marketing at Kolster and responsible for developing sales and customer service operations to meet future needs with more precision. He is a member of the Executive Management team.
Juhana has multifaceted knowledge of the business activities of various types and sizes of customer service and consumer product companies, ranging from start-ups to large companies. Before joining Kolster in spring 2017, he has been heavily involved in several startup companies in the internet and games sector, accelerating the companies’ business along an international growth path.
Juhana has years of experience in sales and marketing, business development, product management and using digitalisation in business and customer service development in particular. He is well-versed in the market entry strategies, internationalisation funding and partner networks of companies.
