Sanna Häikiö supports Kolster’s clients with nearly 20 years of experience in building business-driven IPR solutions.
She leads Kolster’s legal and trademark services and acts as an expert in demanding intellectual property matters, particularly in protecting, defending and commercially leveraging IP rights, as well as in dispute resolution and contract law. Sanna has extensive experience in the licensing and sale of research results and technologies, and in negotiating with both large international corporations and SMEs.
Before joining Kolster, Sanna worked for ten years as an in-house legal counsel, where she handled a wide range of contract and corporate law matters related to international research collaboration and commercial assignments.
In addition to her legal work, Sanna is an active lecturer on IP and contract-related topics for various audiences.
Her working approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the client’s business and strategic goals. She aims to deliver solutions that not only manage risk but also support business growth and value creation.
