As a Senior IPR Specialist, Päivi also contributes to Kolster’s development projects in a subject matter expert role. Since 2022, she has served as an occupational safety representative for the company’s personnel. Earlier in her career at Kolster, Päivi has handled patent validations and national patent filings in Finland, coordinated new customer acquisition, and acted as the product owner for the company’s client portal.
