Tarja Saarikko supports Kolster’s clients as part of the team responsible for maintaining intellectual property rights.
She has had a long career in the IPR field since 1988 and has held various specialist roles related to patents. Currently, Tarja’s responsibilities include EP validations, translation coordination, patent application and patent annuity management, as well as filing SPC applications with the Finnish Patent Office. She also works with clients’ commercial IPR portfolio management systems.
In addition, Tarja has expertise in filing national patent applications in Finland and in handling administrative tasks related to the granting phase of patents.
She provides service in both Finnish and English.
Tarja particularly enjoys the variety of her work. Different clients and their inventions make her role interesting and rewarding.
