With over three decades of experience in the IPR field, Eva-Maria supports Kolster’s attorneys throughout the various stages of design application procedures. Her responsibilities include deadline tracking and monitoring, communication with authorities and clients, initiating design applications, and submitting official documents.
Eva-Maria has strong expertise in national design applications, EU Community designs, and international design registrations, managing the entire process from start to finish. She also possesses in-depth knowledge of country-specific practices and requirements, as well as procedures related to the transfer of rights.
She serves clients fluently in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
