After his research career since 2007 and before joining Kolster, Mügge worked for two German IP and patent firms in Munich, for the past nine years at Wuesthoff & Wuesthoff.
Mügge’s patent clients include a wide range of start-ups and SMEs, as well as global corporations, universities and research institutes. The chemical, pharmaceutical, bio fuel, food and animal feed, detergent and cosmetics industries are examples of familiar client industries.
He has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting applications before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, he has special knowledge and experience in post-grant opposition and appeal proceedings. I've had a great opportunity to continue my patent attorney career here in Finland, in one of the best and well-known IP expert leagues in Finland and Europe.”
