We also assess the level of distinctiveness of the trademark.

Limited trademark search - Identity examination

In a limited trademark search (identity examination) we investigate absolute obstacles to registration, identical trademarks and clear lack of distinctive character of a trademark. This is not a comprehensive search, so it can only be used as a preliminary examination prior to submitting an application. It should not be used if you intend on putting the trademark into immediate use.
